Yesterday I did a bridal fashion shoot for The Bride in Broughty Ferry. As usual, it took a lot of organising, but this time I decided to do only 2 models at a time. The last time I did a bridal fashion shoot, I had 4 models, with make-up taking over 3 hours, leaving me with 1 hour shooting time! It was crazy, but something to learn from, and with only 2 models it allowed me to give them much more attention.

The lovely models are Sharrow and Laura, who both did a fantastic job. The hotel was the Lands of Loyal hotel in Alyth. I did the hair and make-up myself, although Laura had to help me with hair, and actually did her hair herself so credit should really be going to Laura!

We arrived at the hotel around 11.15, my mother had kindly taken me to pick up the dresses then pick up the girls first. The hotel staff were very accommodating and lovely, and as the hotel was quiet we had the whole run of it to ourselves. We started unpacking stuff and got a move on with the hair and make-up (which took 2 hours), before snooping around the bedrooms to find some ideal places for posing! Then it was on with the dresses, for a nice long 3 hours of shooting. The models had a lot of patience, but as there were only 2 of them, they didn't have to wait long until it was their turn again Definitely worked out better this time round, and I hope you like the results!!
